I've created a new page for your lockdown tried and tested tips. Please use the message box below to send me any tips you might have to help those struggling with lockdown, and I'll publish them here. I'll add a few to start the ball rolling:
1. Get outside in the fresh air for at least an hour's exercise each day.
2. Take up a new hobby to help pass the time.
3. Acceptance is the key; learn to accept the new normal instead of fighting against it.
4. Read and learn.
5. Start up an on-line Zoom group.
